BIEL Beirut International Exhibition & Leisure Center
The newest and most sophisticated exhibition venue in the Near East is strategically located at the capital's central district and only 15 minutes away from the airport. The center features over 25,000 square meters of multi-functional areas including exhibition areas, event halls, conference facilities, ballrooms and catering services. The center is surrounded by 55,000 square meters of parking and landscaped areas. The venue benefits from modern services and facilities to both visitors and exhibitors including business center, registration, reception lounges, storage areas and 24-hour security.

Show opening Hours
IFP exhibitions will be open to trade visitors and business buyers from 4 PM till 10 PM daily.
Insurance:
It is the EXHIBITOR'S RESPONSIBILITY to insure that their exhibits are covered by adequate insurance cover for the shipment + duration, re-packing and re-exporting from the exhibition.
Security
24-hour security is provided by the organizers during the show. However, exhibitors are advised to take adequate precautions and insure that all articles and valuable items are insured. The organizers will not be responsible for the safety of articles of any kind brought into the exhibition hall by the exhibitors, their staff or any person whatsoever. Stand Personnel

Exhibitor's attention is drawn to the advantages to be gained from advertising in the catalogue, which will be retained by visitors and used as a source of reference for many months after the show. Visitor Registration
Trade visitors will fill a registration ticket before entering the hall. A pre-registration system has been developed by IFP Group and is designed to facilitate easy registration of trade visitors, allowing them immediate entry to the exhibition ground.
A comprehensive show catalogue is available at the registration counters, containing a general floor plan with exhibitor's stand numbers, country and product indexes, complete exihibitor information, and promotional advertisements for exhibitors. Show catalogues are distributed free of charge to all trade visitors.
Transportation
Taxi srvices are available to and from the venue as well as Car Rental companies who provide self-driven cars or cars with a chauffeur.

Currency
Foreign currency can be exchanged at any bank or at your hotel. Visitors may also pay with USD. The monetary unit is the Lebanse Pound (LB), and the average exchange rate is 1US$ =1500 LB.

Exhibitors should apply for their Visa at the Lebanese Embassy in their country at least 3 Weeks prior to traveling , as a Visit/Business Visa process takes 15-20 working days Important: By resolution of the Arab League, entry to Lebanon will be denied to any holder of a passport containing an Israeli stamp. The Organizers cannot be held responsible for any Exhibitor who fails to obtain his/her Visa in time for the show. Health Although vaccinations are not mandatory, it is recommended for the exhibitors to be inoculated against typhoid, cholera and tetanus.
